Professional Experience
Mr. Hereticks experience in real estate began in 1978 as an analyst for a regional development company. After using his skills and knowledge of the real estate
industry to become Vice President, Executive Vice President and then President; Mr. Heretick then went on to establish the Vector Companies in 1985. Today
Mr. Heretick has over 33 years of experience in the real estate industry and specializes in commercial development, acquisition, turn-around and disposition of
distressed properties. Mr. Heretick also places a specific emphasis on work-out engagements that utilize expertise within the areas of development, construction, marketing, operation and accounting.
Mr. Heretick has been appointed as Receiver in numerous State of Florida Circuit Courts for properties throughout Florida. Receivership properties include, but are not limited to: offices, apartments and condominium complexes, RV Resorts, retail malls and shopping centers, mobile home parks and single-multi family developments. Mr. Heretick has comprehensive knowledge relating to development including acquisitions, debt and equity structure, assembly of development teams, vertical and horizontal development, operations and disposition, as well as joint ventures and syndications. Mr. Heretick has been involved in several projects that include over-seeing the 150,000 square foot Plaza Building in Downtown St. Pete, a 120,000 square foot office building, a 90,000 square foot re-development of the Wells Fargo Bank building in West Shore, the development of a 612 unit golf course development in Manatee County as well as numerous office buildings and parks ranging from 8,000 square feet to 60,000 square feet.

Mr. Heretick is highly involved with the state and local community. In fact, he has been recognized several times as a Whos Who in Commercial Real Estate by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Mr. Heretick is a current board member of Cornerstone Community Bank. In addition, he has been elected as Chairman of the St. Pete Downtown Partnership 5 years running. Mr. Heretick first received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Economics at Belmont Abbey College. He then continued his education at Virginia Commonwealth University to earn his MBA with a concentration in Finance. In addition, Mr. Heretick is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker and Community Association Manager with the State of Florida. Mr. Heretick has also taken 18 credit hours of continuing education at the University of South Florida in taxation and accounting.
